I have installed Psiphon 1.6 on a WinXP SP3 platform. I am using Avast 4 home version antivirus and ZoneAlarm Pro version:9.0.136.000 as a software firewall.

The software installs OK, I run Setup, and everything seems fine, but when I click on the Start button the title bar changes from Off to Started but never goes to On, and if I try to access my Psiphonode using the blue test link, I get "Webpage not available: Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): Unknown error"

I have looked at various sites trying to resolve this problem including sesawe.net, but I have yet to find any information on how to resolve this specific problem.

[...] Tags:censorship psiphon VPN If you have Read Parts one and two of this tutorial, you know Why You Need Psiphon and How to Configure Psiphon. Now that you have it properly configured and running, here’s how to use Phiphon.
